Residential Home Inspections

Home Inspections

At Cuyahoga Valley Inspections, we provide comprehensive residential inspections to help homebuyers and sellers make informed decisions. Our thorough assessments cover all major home systems, including the roof, foundation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more. We identify potential issues and provide a detailed report with clear explanations and recommendations.

A professional home inspection can reveal hidden defects that may not be noticeable during a walkthrough. Structural concerns, outdated wiring, or moisture issues can impact a property’s value and safety. Our inspectors have the expertise to assess these areas and provide peace of mind.

For sellers, a pre-listing inspection can help avoid surprises that may delay a sale. Addressing issues in advance can make your home more attractive to buyers and strengthen your negotiating position. For buyers, our inspections provide confidence that your investment is sound.

Our reports include high-resolution images and easy-to-understand descriptions of any findings. We are available to answer any questions, ensuring you fully understand your home’s condition. Whether you’re buying, selling, or maintaining your property, we provide the insights you need.

Schedule your residential inspection with Cuyahoga Valley Inspections today and gain the knowledge to move forward with confidence.

What to Expect from Your Inspection

Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your home, Cuyahoga Valley Inspections provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. Our certified home inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.

After we walk through the home together, we will explain the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. We will also mention the items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read report, which will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to see the items we discussed, with images for reference. In addition, our home inspections include complementary floorplans.
